Condition: Used. Since this is a press insert item over a quarter-century old, the outer folder structure and the board show the typical wear and fatigue of cellulose fibers at the folds. The die-cut components and banknotes are all present in the archive 

Peculiarities of this edition and component quality: It stands out for using lightweight cardstock and flat die-cut components instead of plastic, maximizing its social satire. Its structural elements include:

• Raw satire: Replaces the classic streets with iconic locations such as "Puticlub" (a slang term for brothel), the "Guardería" (Daycare), the "Asilo Municipal" (Municipal Nursing Home), or "Ingenieros Fiscales" (Tax Engineers).

• "Rules for a dirty game": Instructions that legally allow shady dealings, black money, and cheating between players.

• Die-cut components: Uses small cardstock tokens and flat pieces for "Gruas de obra" (Construction Cranes) and "Complejos Turísticos residenciales" (Residential Tourist Complexes) instead of 3D figures.

• Cardboard folder: Illustrated packaging featuring the magazine's jester mascot, designed for vertical storage of the board and die-cut pieces.

Editorial context: This release historically coincides with the reform of Spain's Land Law (Ley del Suelo), functioning as a time capsule of socio-political satire that parodied the start of the property bubble. Since it was originally distributed stapled into the magazine's center pages, its format was designed for immediate consumption, which makes preserving a complete copy a valuable piece of documentary evidence.
