Monopoly: La Que Se Avecina Edition (or LQSA, as it's also commonly referred to) is a highly sought-after themed edition, established as an indispensable piece for collectors of the first Spanish-produced television sitcom, having its own official version of the game. Released in 2017, it stood out and became a highly coveted object of desire among fans of Mirador de Montepinar before the later release to market of the special 15th Anniversary edition, replacing the traditional streets with the show's characters, the community's common spaces, and its well-known businesses in coveted properties on the board.

Packaging format: Classic rectangular box with a custom design, highlighting the iconic Mirador de Montepinar facade.
Distribution: Eleven Force (Hasbro / Mediaset España license).
Estimated print run: Spanish national edition, not cataloged. It's the first edition, released before the 15th Anniversary one.
Condition: Opened, never used (complete).
Components: This edition stands out for a full customization of the game's graphic set (board, cards, banknotes, instructions), with the only exception being the 8 standard Hasbro metal tokens (dog, boot, etc.) and the rigid plastic houses/hotels, which keep their generic design. It also includes the standard speed die in red color. The instruction manual is a personalized foldout in blue and green tones, differing from the gray/blue tones used as standard for licensed editions.
Peculiarities of this edition: This variant stands out for a complete graphic redesign that adapts the series' classic mechanics, with the streets standardized through personalized details:
Neighbors by color group: The real-estate properties are organized following the series' character hierarchy, with Amador and Antonio Recio occupying the most expensive spaces (dark blue), while Menchu and Yoli occupy the least expensive zones (brown).
Common space network: The train stations are reconverted into four key Mirador de Montepinar meeting points, including La Garita, El Portal, La Caravana, and La Pérgola.
Local utility companies: The iconic businesses replace the classic utilities, with Bar Mau & Henry as the electric company, and Maricarmen Recio at the water utility space.
Custom cards: The Chance and Community Chest decks feature texts full of humor and their back reworked with the show's official logo.
Themed banknotes: The paper money features an exclusive graphic design with the show's family portrait, abandoning the standard format.

The vanished "D": If you examine the Start space closely, you can see that it visually reads "SALIJA" instead of "SALIDA" (Spanish for "START"). This curious phenomenon isn't a spelling mistake by the designer while typing, but a technical rendering glitch in Monopoly's typeface (Kabel Bold) when exporting the final file to print. The left vertical stroke of the letter D wasn't rendered, leaving only the right curve with its serifs printed, accidentally turning it into a perfect J. A hidden gem of quality control, ideal for the eye of a good collector.
